How we handle what you send us.
This notice covers the public website at auditgauge.com. AuditGauge is a product of RCS Tech LLP, Bengaluru, India ("we"). It does not cover data held inside a customer's own AuditGauge instance, which is governed by that customer's agreement with us.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, phone number, company, and — if you choose to give them — your role, industry and a description of what you want to fix.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about AuditGauge. We do not sell this information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it goes
Your request is recorded in RCS Tech's internal sales system and our sales team is notified. To do that we rely on a small number of service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (website delivery and form handling), Mailgun (notification email) and Google Firebase (notification to our internal staff app). Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Write to info@rcssoft.com, or reply to any email you receive from us.
